Buying Tickets & Registration
Q: Can someone else buy the ticket for me?
A: Yes. During the online registration process, the "Billing Information" details are meant for the person paying the tickets but not necessarily participating in the tournament. Poor bugger...
Q: Can I sign up myself and my mates at the same time?
A: Yes. Go to "Buy Tickets" and choose "to register as part of a group". You would need names, phone numbers and email addresses for all members in your group.
Q: When do I receive my Tournament ID card (the plastic card)?
A: At the registration Thursday 27th June 2024 at The Top Pub. Bring along a print out of the Ticket Confirmation email, and we'll swap you with the Tournament ID card.
Q: When do I receive my Ticket Confirmation email?
A: As soon as we have received the payment of your ticket order. The Ticket Confirmation email carries your name, confirmation number and barcode.
Q: Do I need to show up at the Registration?
A: Yes. The Registration is compulsory. This is where you receive your Tournament ID card. If you don't carry the Tournament ID card with you during the tournament, you risk being disqualified.
Q: Do I need to show up at the Briefing?
A: It is highly recommended to show up, as this is your chance to get updated on weather and any last minute changes there may be. However, it is not compulsory to attend at the briefing.
